Digital Confluence is where I think in public.
I lead enterprise AI and technology platforms at a large semiconductor company. Some of what I write comes from operating: what actually happens when agents meet real systems, real governance, and real people. And some of it looks further out: how I think about the future of work, and what this shift means for careers, organizations, and society.
The name is the argument. As more work moves to agents, the scarce thing is not capability. It is the point where everything converges and someone has to decide. Judgment, context, and accountability meeting in one place. That is the confluence.
What you will find here:
Governance and operating models for agentic systems. What breaks when agents outlive their authors, change without a diff, or act with credentials nobody is watching.
The future of work, seen from inside the change. What AI does to careers, capability, judgment, and the way organizations and society absorb it.
Posts land every week or two. Some are technical. Some are personal. All of them are written to be useful a year from now.
